Project management is the discipline of defining and achieving targets while optimizing the use of resources (time, money, people, space, etc). Thus, it could be classified into several models: time, cost, scope, and intangibles.

Let ASDF professionals guide you in the in the traditional project management approach. We can distinguish 5 components of a project (4 stages plus control) in the development of a project:

·
project initiation (Kickoff)
·        project planning
·        project production or execution
·        project monitoring or controlling
·        project completion

ASDF’s professionals can guide you through the actual stages which typically follow common steps to problem solving--defining the problem, weighing options, choosing a path, implementation and evaluation

ASDF’s Project managers gain control over five variables ensuring your project’s success:

·
time
·        cost
·        quality
·        scope
·        risk

Project Management is divided into five parts:

1. Requirements analysis
2. Design and Engineering
3. Procurement
4. Implementation or Development
5. Maintenance

ASDF ensures the requirements analysis begins the process by defining the requirements and specifications, first in coarse terms, followed by increasingly refined terms, until a clear concept of operation and design can emerge. It is critical to the remaining steps that this step be complete and not changed, because the cost to make changes to the requirements is exponential as one moves from step to step.

The design, conceptualization and development of a project lies under the Design step. This step ensures that a granular design process is performed to ensure project success.Procurement is the purchase of services, hardware or software etc required for the project. These purchases will be based on the design and engineering process and will be precise and accurate.
Implementation includes design and installation of the project and all its requirements. This part also involves extensive testing to ensure flawless deliveryMaintenance includes the proactive monitoring of the implementation ensuring a industry level of delivery is maintained.
